put them on whatever format you need e.g. Jpeg, Tiff, Tga
etc..
All work
is performed in house
By default all slides are scanned with a

What is
Digital ICE (Professional
Version):
All the images are scanned
utilizing our Digital Ice application. While scanning the images one
by one, it removes dust particles and scratches from the
image. If your slides have some dust particles
from the initial development in the photo lab
you don't have to worry about it. We take care
of this in our studio for Free.
Resolution Comparison:
Image quality is
measured in DPI, which stands for "dots per inch". In general,
the higher the dpi, the higher the resolution. If you scan an image
at the three different resolutions listed above, you
won't see the difference for a 4 x 6 or 5 x 8
print. However, resolution becomes important when you are
enlarging the photographs to 8 x 10, 11 x 14,
etc.
Editing Slides -
The Slide Show:
We can save your slides as
individual files on CDs or DVDs or we can edit
them in a sequence. In the later case, the slides
will need to be put in a sequence, which means
the slides will need to be numbered in the order
in which you would like them to appear. If
your plan is for a slide show, the slides needs
to be scanned in a sequence. Each slide stays on
the screen for 6 seconds and dissolve into the
next in sequential order. We can add our own
royalty free music or you can provide us the
music. Editing is $75.00/hr (minimum
is $75.00).
